I bought this as a gift for my husband but it won't fit on his car because the top part covers the license plate. Oh well, we'll just have to buy a new car so we can finally put his license plate frame on!

Exactly as shown. The white plastic with the plastic letters look like they are just glued on the frame but for the money they are great.
