    4MAJOR DETAIL

    UPON INSTALLATION OF THESE PLATE HOLDERS, THERE IS A GLARING DEFECT. ON THE REAR PLATE ON TOP WHERE THE NATIONAL LOGO IS ON EITHER SIDE OF MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL.
    THESE ARE HANGING WAY TO LOW AND OBSTRUCT THE TAGS.
    THE MONTH ON THE LEFT AND THE YEAR TAG ON THE RIGHT.
    UNBELIEVABLE..........HOW COULD A DESIGNER JUST COMPLETELY MAKE SUCH A GLARING ERROR.
    ALSO THE GIANTS LOGO INTERFERES WITH SOME OF THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE PLATE LETTERING.
    SO WHEN I GET A TICKET FOR THIS ISSUE I WILL DEMAND A REPLACEMENT MINUS THE GLARING DEFECTS OR REFUND.

    4Item not useable for me

    I got the item in the photo. The problem for California license plates is that it slightly covers the yearly tags for the car so I was advised by my local police not to use them. :( I didn't ask for a refund because they did appear to be new as noted.
