Crystals fall out and horrible customer service

Looks great on the new Mercedes.. Nice packaging..

Only negative is the special lock screws with the tool would not fit, but Im not sure if they can make generic to fit everyones vehicle how some are different sizes!

***Very Important Update***
I tried to be respectful and give this company a good review. About 3 months after having the frame a few (9-10) crystals have fallen out. I wrote them a very nice letter and they basically told me to "go kick rocks". There customer service is honestly atrocious and I'd never buy from them again. I priced out this frame and thought by paying more I'd get better quality. This frame is worthless and it's been removed from my mothers 150k vehicle. Buyer beware!!!!!! It's important when you purchase a product that customer service is there and is able to back what they sell. The customer is always right and deserves more than this company has to offer. Take your business elsewhere folks.

Fell a little short...

Very nice frame and installed well. However, it came with no option or advice to mount the bottom two chrome caps to cover the empty mounting holes which are not used on my particular vehicle so I crazy glued them on.

Quality Bling!

This is the second plate frame I purchased, and I have to say I am very pleased. The quality of the swarovski crystals were top notch. This bling was just the right amount. The plate arrived very nicely packaged and secure for shipment.
